* I had a special request to get a frying pan for the kitchen as the only provided pans were pots. Ever try to fry an egg in a sauce pan? The request was not only accommodated, but it was brand new in box. I recommend they provide fry pans as a regular feature. * I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. * We stayed a week plus, so parking was comped, otherwise I think $25/day is a bit much. * Employees were all very nice as well as accommodating requests and helpful information. * I also appreciated the information booklets and map of downtown. * Housekeeping provided additional towels, etc. when we were not having the room cleaned.

Very efficient check in and welcoming front desk person. Liked that even though parking garage was expensive, you had in and out privileges and could get things out of your car. Nice location near restaurants, etc. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Nicest workout room ever! All staff we encountered were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in Knoxville for only an overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, modern amenities, and extra services offered. The hotel has a lovely dining area for breakfast; however, the unique menu at Starbucks in the adjacent Courtyard by Marriott was more appealing. Having accessibility to amenities in both hotels for business and recreational travel is such a plus. The night, morning and housekeeping staff were very kind and accommodating.

This was an excellent choice for a quick trip to Knoxville. Walking distance to everything downtown. The room was HUGE, clean and well equipped with a full kitchen like a condo. The free breakfast was "pay for" quality. Scrambled eggs, sausage, quiche, egg sandwiches, waffle maker, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee

Breakfast was good. The cold brew was delicious, and I loved the oatmilk! The fresh fruit was wonderful.

Hands down the best bartender ever! Chris was absolutely amazing. The reception staff were also very welcoming.
